The goal is not to force yourself to relax or make difficult emotions disappear. Instead, the vibration provides an additional sensory focus as you practice slowing your breathing and allowing your body to move toward a more regulated state.
How Sensory Grounding May Help

Sensory tools are always optional and are used only when they feel comfortable and appropriate for you. Because everyone responds differently to sensory input, I will encourage you to notice how the experience feels and let me know if you would prefer to stop or try a different approach.
